The pool was not heated, which is fine, however the hot tub was on a very strict schedule from 3-10pm. The warmest temperature the hot tub reached was 92 degrees during the stay, and it would usually reach it around 7pm. With the pool temp around 71-72 degrees, it was too cold to use without having the hot tub run on demand to warm up in. The owner says the settings are fixed and cannot be changed. This needs to be remedied before I would recommend anyone to stay at this property. The wifi was spotty at best. Everything else was great.

Stunning new home in a nice area of Marathon. All the bedrooms had cozy mattresses with plenty of pillows and bath towels. Our favorite spot was the pool area which is thoughtful laid out to entertain. We cooked and ate mostly downstairs. The dock is like brand new. Fit our two boats perfectly. Dock rails are wrapped so no new boat scratches. Not much boat traffic and felt very safe. Fish cleaning table, bait freezer were perfect. Manatees watched us clean fish in the evenings. Will definitely stay here again. Our group travels a lot in the keys and this has to be one of our favorite homes we stayed in.

The house is more beautiful than the pictures. It is very close and walkable to Sombrero Beach. The pool and Jacuzzi are challenged keeping it warm enough. Please note that there are no beach chairs at the house to take to the beach.

It was so clean! We even had a little competition to see who could find any piece of dirt or anything. No one could!! We loved everything about our stay! Only thing we would have different is the pool temperature was cold. They did warn us a week or so before that due to lower temps it would be cool but still would have liked it to be warmer. Otherwise it was perfect!!
